Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation made under it.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence over any translation or paraphrase.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a valid fg9999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

fg9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that triggers our internal review process. Acceptable KYC documents include:

1. A valid government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence displaying your full name and date of birth;
2. A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement (no older than 90 days) confirming your residential address;

3.1 Your Obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account credentials.
• Notify fg9999 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensure that all personal and payment information held on your Account is accurate and up to date. Notify fg9999 promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-play strategy that exploits software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fg9999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account in the name of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with any software, algorithm, or data underlying the fg9999 Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human players;

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the fg9999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified, approved payment methods. The Platform does not accept cash or any form of anonymous payment instrument.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fg9999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank bank transfer, City Bank bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Individual deposit limits may be subject to payment method restrictions.

4.3 Withdrawals

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the policies of your chosen payment provider. fg9999 processes withdrawal approvals on a priority basis; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically handled within standard processing windows.
• Black Diamond VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their VIP package, with expedited handling compared to standard accounts.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

fg9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms take precedence for that offer only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance within your Account wallet and are distinct from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
2. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). This multiplier indicates the total amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10–20%), and sports bets may have specific contribution rates. The exact contribution table is published with each individual offer.
4. Bonuses have expiry periods. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after the expiry period has elapsed will be removed from your Balance automatically.
5. fg9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
6. Bonuses are offered for personal entertainment use only. Any systematic, coordinated, or commercial exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-account bonus harvesting — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account action as described in Section 3.

5.2 VIP Programme Rewards

Benefits accrued through the fg9999 Black Diamond VIP Programme — including cashback credits, reload bonuses, and VIP-specific promotions — are subject to VIP Programme terms published separately. VIP tier status and associated benefits are granted at fg9999's sole discretion and may be adjusted or withdrawn where Account activity no longer meets the qualifying criteria for the relevant tier.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the fg9999 Platform are sourced from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to play. 6.1 RNG and Fair Play Certification

6.3 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

fg9999's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports. All sports bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). fg9999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any sports market where integrity concerns arise or where official results are under review by the governing body.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

fg9999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any Account at any time. The circumstances in which such action may be taken include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age or has misrepresented their age during registration;
• The Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 3;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime in connection with the Account;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion — in which case closure is applied immediately and permanently for the duration of the exclusion period;
• fg9999 receives a legal instruction, court order, or regulatory direction to restrict the Account;
• The Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a continuous period of 12 months.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fg9999 Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon closure, your Real Money Balance (net of any pending withdrawals) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Prior to applying a dormancy classification, fg9999 will attempt to notify you via your registered contact method. Once classified as dormant, fg9999 may apply a monthly administrative fee to the Balance, as disclosed in the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Should the Balance reach zero as a result of dormancy fees, the Account will be closed. Real Money Funds remaining in a dormant Account at the point of closure will be held in reserve and returned upon a verified reclaim request submitted to fg9999 support.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg9999 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the Platform and its content. The following limitations apply to all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

8.1 No Guarantee of Availability

fg9999 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, payment provider outages, or events beyond fg9999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. fg9999 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. fg9999 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. By depositing and wagering on fg9999, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risk of loss associated with all forms of gambling, and that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the fg9999 Platform are operated by independent third-party studios. fg9999 does not develop, control, or modify any game software. In the event of a dispute relating to the outcome of a game, the records maintained by the relevant game studio's server shall be considered definitive, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6.2. fg9999's liability in connection with any game provider failure is limited to the return of the wager amount placed on the affected round.

8.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

Without prejudice to the other limitations set out in this section, and to the extent that any liability of fg9999 to you is established by a court of competent jurisdiction, fg9999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you to your fg9999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the fg9999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name fg9999, logos, page layouts, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of fg9999 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from fg9999.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

fg9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the revised Terms.

8.7 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fg9999 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting fg9999 support. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial dispute notification, either party may seek formal resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
